The University of Waterloo Staff Association is entering into our compensation discussions with the university for a new salary agreement starting May 1, 2024, and we want to hear more from you about what you want to see achieved in this next round of talks.
We’re hosting a salary town hall on Monday, December 11, from 12:30 to 1:50 p.m., during which we’ll explain the process that takes place at the Provost's Advisory Committee on Staff Compensation, and hear about your priorities for the upcoming discussions.
Please register for either an in-person seat in AL 116 or to attend online on Teams.
This town hall is open to all USG staff, not just UWSA members, as the work we do at the Provost's Advisory Committee on Staff Compensation is on behalf of all staff. If you’re not a member and are able to help support this work, please join the UWSA. Dues are 0.28% of your salary.
