Inert Atmosphere Fabrication and RAC Capabilities – Open House

The Quantum Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility (QNFCF) and Transformative Quantum Technologies (TQT) will be hosting an open house at the Research Advancement Centre (RAC) to celebrate the opening of the Inert Atmosphere Fabrication Lab (IAFL). Join us as we showcase the shared lab equipment available to our academic community and industry partners. This event will feature a motivating talk by Adam Wei Tsen, IQC Associate Professor, on the research that this new 2D material device fabrication lab will enable. Lab tours and talks about tool capabilities will follow.

Through the power of his own story and the inspiration he’s found in others, Rick Hansen shares his vision and inspires audiences to join his journey to create an accessible, healthy and inclusive world, where people of all abilities can fully participate and contribute. By reflecting on our own actions and beliefs, we can challenge existing standards and dream up new ones – ones that foster hope, inspiration and acceptance. Hansen encourages us all to fight for accessibility as a human right.

Step 2: Get away from your desk and find somewhere comfy to sit for an hour.

Step 4: Talk about it with your colleagues!

As part of the Water Institute's WaterTalks lecture series, Dr. Holger R. Maier, Professor of Environmental Engineering, School of Architecture and Civil Engineering, University of Adelaide, Adelaide, South Australia, will present: Putting people at the centre: Towards transforming climate risk assessment for water security and delivery.
