Our festival showcases the diversity and creativity of Black filmmaking, from both political and musical documentaries to the telling of real Black Canadian narratives. To champion Black youth being represented not only on screen but behind the screen too, we are showing the Reel Black: our film stories to launch the festival! This is a short documentary on the state of the Black film industry right here in Canada!

Navigating Your PhD 2023 is a 2-day hands-on workshop for women+ in the Faculty of Math who are pursuing a graduate degree (Masters or PhD) to get better prepared for a successful completion of the program as well as receive guidance and mentorship with regards to career opportunities post-graduation.
