This digital microscope is capable of producing images with magnifications from x20 to x5000. Images can reach up to 4K resolution, and users can annotate images to provide comments. Beyond basic 2D captures, the microscope can also create depth compositions to analyze sample height and roughness, and grain measurements (e.g., size, area) can be determined using industry-standard test methods. The microscope comes with a PC and control console to allow precise control of the microscope via a software interface.
