The R.R. Moore is the standard for rotating beam fatigue testing. When the specimen is rotated a full revolution, the specimen has gone through a full reversal of compression and tension load. Integrated controls on the machine allow it to change speeds from 500 RPM to 10000 RPM. Attached is an easy-to-read display that shows the number of completed cycles.
