Welcome to the Fluid Flow Physics Group
The University of Waterloo Fluid Flow Physics Group, directed by Professor Sean D. Peterson, focuses on understanding fundamental and applied fluid mechanics problems using a blend of analytical modeling, numerical simulation, and experimental observation.
Current research topics include:
- Biomechanics of human phonation
- Cuffless blood pressure monitoring
- Sport aerodynamics and biomechanics
- Surface droplet dynamics
- Vortex dynamics
Please contact Professor Peterson for further information on the research projects or to apply to the research group.
