Shadi Moghadam has a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Tehran. She joined the research group as a postdoctoral fellow and will investigate non-invasive drug-delivery mechanisms. Shadi is currently a postdoctoral candidate at the University of Toronto.
Joe Petrik has an MSc in Zoology and an MA in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario. He is a research associate (scientific writing and communications) and provides communications, editorial and research support to the group.
Andrea Spires has an BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Waterloo. Andrea keeps the lab and office humming in her capacity as an administrative research assistant.
Nishi Gupta is a fourth-year student in UW Department of Biology. She is conducting research for her honours project on transfection efficiency in mammalian cell culture.
