Research Interests
My areas of interest focus on Geographic information systems as well as spatial analysis by remote sensing technology. My research seeks to explore the Changing metropolitan regions, specifically, urban road detection and analysis through Lidar. Self-driving and driver-assisted systems can be considered as the main transportation development direction in the future. It uses Lidar as basis technologies to create dynamic map, which assists the driving system to interpret road information. In my bachelor thesis, I will focus on using mobile laser scanning (MLS) techniques to extract and analysis high-definition road maps.
