Did you know that tax returns are due to the Canada Revenue Agency on May 1, 2023? This seminar will provide an overview of the Canadian income tax return submission process to support you in filing your taxes.
About the facilitator: Robert (Bob) Sproule has been the Accountant at the Graduate Student Association University of Waterloo for over 20 years. Other than the responsibility for the financial records, he has supported senior administrative staff and the student leadership related to all issues concerning the Association’s finances. He has also supported grad students in the completion of their personal tax returns through a yearly tax seminar and tax clinics.
He is a retired faculty member from the School of Accounting and Finance. During his non-teaching time he was involved with many initiatives within the School, the University, nationally and internationally related to teaching and learning. Since his retirement he continues to be involved with the School and University related to learning outcomes and research on life-long learning.
