National Postdoc Appreciation Week Guided Meditation

Postdocs at the University of Waterloo are invited to join us for our second event of National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW), 2023. This event will feature an hour of relaxation and balance as we go through a guided meditation facilitated by Jennifer Yuen from Counselling Services. Participants are invited to experience this however they would like in the space (e.g., lying down, sitting on a chair, sitting on the ground, bringing a blanket).
