Session description:
When you hear the word “leader” what do you think about? In this session, we will explore who you are as a leader and why anyone should be led by you. Whether you are focused on the scope and influence of your current role or thinking about your future career goals, Organizational and Human Development will share some of the exciting learning opportunities available to you to continue your leadership learning journey.
Facilitator:
John Fedy is the Manager of Learning and Development at the University of Waterloo. John is a life-long learner who is energized by engaging others in opportunities to build our organization, strengthen our relationships, and develop ourselves into our greatest potential. John has a Masters of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Royal Roads University, is certified as a trainer in Coaching for High Performance®, FourSight®, Personality Dimensions®, CliftonStrengths®, and is a certified Mentor Practitioner.
