New Postdoc Networking Social

Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) is hosting a networking social for new postdocs at the University of Waterloo. This event is an excellent opportunity for postdocs entering the Waterloo community to network and socialize with their peers in person over drinks and snacks. Attendees will be introduced to GSPA supports and services with a brief orientation presentation, before having a chance to mingle and introduce themselves to other postdocs. This serves as a chance to new postdocs to our institution, while also encouraging early connections that can last throughout their time at Waterloo.

• Immediately following the networking social for new postdocs, there will be postdoc services lightning talks from campus partners in the same room. This event is open to all postdocs, and is a chance to learn about important topics and services. Postdocs should register for that event separately.
