Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA)
Needles Hall, second floor, room 2201
Postdocs are invited to join Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs for a series of potdoc services lightning talks, to learn more about some of the amazing campus units here at Waterloo, and how they can support postdocs.
These lightning talks will be short presentations on important topics relevant to postdoctoral scholars, followed by a chance to ask the speakers about their respective topics and units. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the resources and services available, and where postdocs can go for support with research ethics and integrity, research data management, or information about commercializing their research. Following the lightning talks, there will also be an opportunity to network with other postdocs over free drinks and snacks.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is co-ordinated within the Office of Indigenous Relations.
