What is happening? Some users received an email from Cisco Webex (email@example.com) advising them to convert their Webex account to an enterprise account. This is a legitimate email from Webex.
Why is this happening? The Webex system is trying to clear up inconsistencies between users logging in with friendly email addresses (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org) instead of email@example.com.
What should you do? No action is required; the email can be deleted.
