'Convert to Enterprise Account' email sent to Webex users

What is happening? Some users received an email from Cisco Webex (webex_comm@webex.com) advising them to convert their Webex account to an enterprise account. This is a legitimate email from Webex.

Why is this happening? The Webex system is trying to clear up inconsistencies between users logging in with friendly email addresses (e.g., firstname.lastname@uwaterloo.ca) instead of username@uwaterloo.ca.

What should you do? No action is required; the email can be deleted.
