Individual Ticket Price | $45 — cash or cheque only | Must be paid in advance, by mail or in person, to Community Relations and Events in East Campus 5, 2nd floor.
Group Table Ticket Price | $350 — payment by account transfer | You will receive an invoice for payment after you have filled out the table registration form.

Ticket price includes one drink, appetizers, main course, dessert and coffee/tea. Please advise of special dietary requirements in the registration form.
A cash bar will be available, and individual drinks or bottled wine will be available for purchase at the event.
