New framework for participatory design in technology for supporting dementia

So proud of our own Karan Shastri for leading our new publication "Working towards inclusion: Creating technology for and with people living with mild cognitive impairment or dementia who are employed", which outlines participatory design for inclusion of people living with mild cognitive impairment / early onset dementia (MCI/EOD) in technology development!! In this paper, we describe "lessons learned through the process of working with people with MCI/EOD through participatory methods is presented along with recommendations to foster an inclusive, respectful, and empowering experience for participants with MCI/EOD".
