CLC workshops are "made by students for students." They offer conversation-based approaches to anti-oppressive and community-centred leadership with four sequential workshop:

Foundations of Collaborative Leadership (FCL): find your authentic leadership voice with leadership architypes and explore what it means to be a community-focused leader.

Leading with Curiosity: learn to use curiosity as a tool for cultivating anti-oppressive leadership practices grounded in intersectionality and positionality.

Collaborative Team Building: embrace unlearning. Examine the historical evolution of professional hierarchies and adopt strengths-based approaches to enhance equity within your team. .

Harm Reductive Communication and Conflict Resolution: empathically navigate conflict by incorporating Harm Reduction and Restorative Justice frameworks into your toolkit.
What’s after the workshops?: Complete 10 leadership hours in either paid or volunteer positions and a guided reflection.
When should I start CLC?: We recommend undergraduate students start in second or third year and graduate students in their first year.
