Funmilayo is a PhD student in Applied Mathematics studying near shore-off shore and inter-basin exchange and river plumes in Lake Erie in order to understand their implications for water quality.
She has always been interested in numerate courses particularly those that have to do with fluids and their numerical processes which lead her to the Lake Futures Project.
She hopes this research will help Lake Managers make decisions on how to manage the lake. She alsohope other researchers would be able to apply our model/results toother lakes.
