Lake Futures Research Scientist Homa Kheyrollah Pour spent Sunday afternoon sharing her research in Victoria Park with SoapBox Science Waterloo.
Homa was one of 12 scientists to share their work with the public at the park. Homa engaged children and adults alike, sharing her work on lakes, ice, and water quality. She shared research stories through photos, and brought science to life by bringing a model lake ice core to show the group.
