Lake Futures Principal Investigator, Nandita Basu, was awarded the Sulzman Award for Excellence in Education and Mentoring, presented by the American Geophysical Union – Biogeosciences section.
The Sulzman Award for Excellence in Education and Mentoring is presented annually to a mid-career female scientist in recognition of significant contributions as a role model and mentor for the next generation of biogeoscientsts. Nandita is recognized for her creative research skills, as well as excellence in science education and mentoring.
