The Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference (CUPC) is an annual research conference organized by undergraduates for the promotion and sharing of undergraduate Physics research. Approximately 200 Physics undergraduates gather at the CUPC to present the research that they have done and to socialize and trade insights about Physics. The CUPC also features lab tours, keynote speakers and social events to facilitate the barter of thought between different levels of the Physics community.
Conference Features:
• Industry panel discussion
• Highlighted presentations from the best contributed papers and invited talks from leaders in the field
• Interactive networking with the nanotechnology community from academia and industry
• Exhibition from industry and sponsors
With over 7,000 attendees, the meeting is the largest gathering of biophysicists around the world. Over 4,000 abstracts are submitted each year, which are programmed into poster and platform sessions.
The meeting includes symposia, workshops, platform sessions, subgroup programs, and the National Lecture, as well as educational exhibits, exhibitor presentations, career-related programs, and committee events.
