H2NO! Superhydrophobic Lab Event

Images from MNS Society's H2NO! Superhydrophobic Lab Event run by the Department of Chemistry, sponsored by the MNS Program.

MNS Society held a wildly popular DIY Superhydrophobic surfaces event where students produced thiol functionalized superhydrophobic copper with a silver-displacement reaction. Students made take-home safe samples to show off to friends. With over 46 students turning out the event was wildly popular and students gave many positive reviews.

Thank you Sue Stathopulos for supervising the event!
