PhD candidate Saikiran Khamgaonkar shared his research on perovskite solar cells, water splitting, and the future of green hydrogen production.

Professor Maheshwari and his graduate students welcomed MNS students into their lab for an engaging tour, showcasing their research space and discussing current projects and experimental setups.

MNS alumnus and master’s student Azharuddin Mohammed presented his work on time-dependent Coupled Cluster theory, highlighting exciting developments in quantum chemistry.
Weeks 7-9

Professor Kevin Musselman, Associate Professor in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, shared insights into his lab’s research on perovskite solar cells, spatial atomic layer deposition, and innovative materials for sustainable energy.

The following week, Professor Musselman led a research lab tour. Students had the opportunity to see the spatial atomic layer deposition system and learn more about the experimental setups used in his group’s perovskite solar cell research.

Professor Jean Duhamel gave a talk on how to use fluorescence techniques to characterize polymer conformations, highlighting methods to analyze polymer structure, dynamics, and interactions through fluorescence spectroscopy and imaging.
