Francis Poulin
Professor Francis Poulin received his Ph.D. in 2002 from MIT. After working as a post-doctoral and research fellow at MIT, University of St. Andrews and Scripps Institution of Oceanography, he joined the University of Waterloo as an Assistant Professor in 2004. He currently holds the position of an Associate Professor with tenure in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the University of Waterloo.
Francis's research interests are in geophysical fluid dynamics, stochastic differential equations, biological fluid dynamics, and computational mathematics.
