Ken Salem

Professor Ken Salem joined the University of Waterloo in 1994, in what was then the Department of Computer Science. He received his Ph.D. from Princeton University in 1989 and spent several years at the University of Maryland before moving to Waterloo. He has also held visiting research positions at IBM’s Almaden Research Center, HP Laboratories in Palo Alto, and most recently with Amazon Web Services.
