Victor Zhong
Dr. Zhong is an Assistant Professor at the Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and a Faculty Member at the Vector Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, where he was advised by Chris Manning, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Washington, where he was mentored by Luke Zettlemoyer and supported by the Apple AI/ML PhD Fellowship.
Dr. Zhong's research interests are in machine learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and artificial intelligence.
