Microsoft will be retiring SharePoint Alerts. Modern notification solutions based upon the Power Automate platform or SharePoint Rules can be used as alternatives.

There is now a UW colour palate option available when designing a SharePoint site. 

SharePoint now has out-of-the-box document library templates. Creating document libraries will now be easier with ready-made templates that come with a scenario-relevant structure, metadata, and content types.
