The WIN Nano Graduate Student Seminar Series for the winter term 2016 will restart on March 1
Come join us on Wednesdays at lunch (12-1 p.m.) in CPH 1320B and enjoy a relaxing, stress-free space. This drop-in program is designed to help you reduce stress and learn ways to find balance and well-being. Each week facilitators will introduce you to stress management practices to help you find relief from stress. These practices will be something you can learn to do yourself to prevent and reduce negative impact of stress. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a note pad and pen.
