In July, Nanotechnology Engineering faculty, instructors, staff, and students gathered to celebrate the hardworking students who made the Dean’s Honour List. The celebration was held in the Faculty Lounge of E6. The students were treated to a delicious lunch and had a chance to mingle with their teachers and peers.

The students were thrilled to be recognized for their perseverance and effort to maintain a high-grade point average. Here’s what some of them had to say about being recognized by the Dean.

Shyamaleeswari Dayanandan

“So much hard work goes into making the Dean’s Honour list. This makes all the work pay off! This gives me confidence and encourages me to keep doing better.”

Chloe Craig

“It’s very rewarding and valuable to me because I do put the work in. After all the effort it’s a nice recognition and encouragement to keep going. This is like a water station along the way.”

Linux Heller

“You have to be on top of your work from start to finish to set a consistent pace. The biggest challenge lies in managing your time and being organized. It’s more than a piece of paper, it represents my hard work!”

Congratulations to all the students who were on the Dean’s honour list!
