The Research Institute for Aging (RIA) hosted the 2016 Four City Geriatric Research Day on June 22 in Waterloo. The conference included students, medical residents, researchers, and healthcare providers from the University of Waterloo, University of Toronto, Western University, and McMaster who have an interest in geriatrics. Residents from the Village at University Gates were also among the attendees. Tara McNicholl and Renata Valaitis presented posters on the More-2-Eat project. Sabrina Iuglio, Vanessa Vucea, and Sarah Wu presented posters on the Making the Most of Mealtimes study. As well, Vanessa Vucea and Sarah Wu gave oral presentations.
