Making the Most of Mealtimes in Copenhagen

Professor Keller presented to diverse stakeholders from across Denmark on January 7, 2016 at a national conference in Copenhagen. She was the keynote speaker and described the Making the Most of Mealtimes (M3) concept and how it can be used to plan for service provision as well as conduct research that more comprehensively addresses the broad determinants of food intake in older adults. The M3 concept is being adopted by Denmark as a means of communicating and advocating for improved practices for older adults, specifically those living in the community.
