The Office of the Ombudsperson is in the Student Life Centre (SLC), on the third floor, in offices 3107 and 3108. Our office is able to meet with visitors in person, via phone (x.36124), virtually, and email. The office is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM with staff operating remotely and in person. To ensure our staff are available to meet with you, check the schedule below.
When booking an appointment, please share your degree, faculty, and a brief description of your concern(s). Information provided will be kept confidential.
Appointments
Book an initial consultation with the office using Calendly. You can connect with staff virtually (by MS Teams or Zoom) via phone (x.36124), or in-person.
Please note that in-person appointments are currently not available on Wednesdays.
All appointments require 24 hour notice to be scheduled.
Office Drop-In
Students are welcome to drop in for a same day 30-minute appointment on a first come, first served basis.
Virtual Drop Ins:
Wednesdays from 1PM – 4 PM on Zoom.
In Person Drop Ins:
Thursdays from 1PM – 4PM in SLC 3107 + 3108
