Through her eyes: Women shaping the future of optometry is a speaking panel and networking event designed to highlight the journeys, identities, and leadership of women in eye care. Hosted in collaboration between Women Empowerment in Healthcare (WEH) and the University of Waterloo Optometry Student Society (UWOSS), the event brings together optometry students, pre-optometry students, clinicians, and advocates for an evening of conversation, reflection, and mentorship.
