Rémy Benais completed an MASc at the University of Waterloo, supervised by Dr. Stewart McLachlin. His research focused on finite-element modeling of bone-implant interactions in trabecular bone for spinal orthopaedic applications. He also developed a new method to evaluate intervertebral cage implant performance experimentally.
