Suspicious Person on Campus

U.W.P.S. are looking to the public for assistance in identifying a suspect believed to be responsible for two incidents that occurred on campus where female students were accosted by a male.

Incident #1:

On Tuesday November 4, 2014 at approximately 1220 hrs. outside RCH an unidentified male approached a female UW Student, blocked her path, grabbed her hand and told her words to the effect that he thought she was good looking and wanted to talk to her.  The female pulled away and fled.

Incident #2:

On Wednesday November 5, 2014 at approximately 1115 hrs. on Physics Roadway between CIET and ENG 3 an unidentified male approached a female UW Student, blocked her path and attempted to walk into her and grab her forcing her to back away to prevent this.  The male stated words to the effect that he found her cute and wanted to meet her.  The male attempted to block the female from walking past him and she was required to run around him to get away. 

Suspect Description for both incidents:

Male, Asian, tall – 6’0” to 6’3”, thin build, tan complexion, short black hair spiked up with gel.  Spoke English with no accent. In Incident #2 the male appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs as he had slurred speech and did not speak clearly.

In Incident #1 he was wearing a black shirt.

In Incident @2 he was wearing a dark leather coat – brown or black – zipped all the way up.  He was also wearing fitted (not skinny but not baggy) dark blue jeans.
