PAW 2026: Designing Engaging Presentations for Public Audiences
Learn how to present your research to a non-specialized audience.
You’ve probably given a lot of presentations in your academic career, but delivering presentations outside of academia involves different strategies. Learn how to assess your audience, organize your presentation around your research story, and design slides that help your non-academic audience understand and remember your important ideas. Use these strategies the next time you need to deliver an important presentation to a non-academic audience.
Light snacks will be available at this session.
