If you have been requested to provide a letter of reference to an applicant for the Provost's Program for Black and Indigenous Scholars or the Provost's Program for Interdisciplinary Scholars, please use the below form to submit your letter of reference.

The deadline for submitting letters of reference is 9:00am EST on December 2, 2024.

Upon submission of the form, you will received an email confirmation that your submission has been received. The applicant identified in the form will also receive an email to advise them that a reference letter has been received by you to support their application - the applicant will not be able to see a copy of your reference letter.
