Public Lecture: Thirsty Land into Springs of Water

Friday, April 20, 2018 2:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

Please join us for this important milestone in the PhD process as Brooke Brassard shares her research, entitled Thirsty Land into Springs of Water: Negotiating a Place in Canada as Latter-day Saints, 1887-1947. Her dissertation examines how Latter-day Saints—originally an American tradition—expanded into an international religion beginning with their settlement on Canadian soil.
