Building Science, Material Science, and Structural Engineering

Semester:

N/A

Offered:

2000

I have delivered CE507 Building Science & Technology and Arch 264/364 Building Science  almost every year since 2000.
Arch 673 Building Science of the Building Enclosure has been a graduate class offered annually since 2001.
CIVE707 Advanced Building Science and CIVE708 Building Physics and Modelling have been offered occasionally as my time has become available (eg UG teaching not required)
As needed, I have taught courses two or three times in CE204 (Mechanics of Solids 1) CIVE265 (Material Science), and even Arch 163 (Statics) once.
Teaching in Building Science has driven me to produce two textbooks, one Building Science for Building Enclosures for engineers, and another High Performance Enclosures for Architecture.  Both are used in numerous programs in North America and also by practioners.
