Welcome to the website of Meenu Kumari!

I completed my PhD in Physics (Quantum Information) at the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC), University of Waterloo, Canada in August 2019. I joined IQC as a graduate student in September 2014. Prior to joining IQC, I completed Integrated Master of Science degree (Bachelors + Masters 5 year program) in Physics from National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar in India. In my PhD, I have broadly worked at the interface of quantum information and quantum chaos under the supervision of Dr. Shohini Ghose and Dr. Robert Mann. Here is a link to my PhD thesis Quantum-Classical Correspondence and Entanglement in Periodically Driven Spin Systems. I am currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics.

You are welcome to navigate through the research tab of this website for a brief description of my research. For any further information, you can email me at mkumari@uwaterloo.ca.
