Sahar received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Textile
Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology and Amirkabir University of Technology. She has several years of experience in both industry and academia working on various topics, including melt spinning, nano energy harvesters, pressure sensors, and plant-based electrospun nanofibers. She has been working as an R&D Team Leader at The BIG-nano corporation, leading several projects, including compostable/biodegradable air filters, oil containment geotextiles, and nanofibrous battery separators.
