Born and raised in Toronto, Perry received his BASc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He has previously worked on computational fluid dynamics in porous materials, the effects of nanomaterials in PVC processing, and nanomaterial-based membrane transport. His current research focuses on improving the dimensional stability and fire resistance of PVC formulations. In his free time, Perry loves to cook, play video games, crochet and play the trumpet.
