SDC Common Area Booking Form

The Sedra Student Design Centre located in E5 1001 – 1st floor was created for the Student Design Teams. As of April 1st 2018 we will be charging a user fee based on the type of activity the space is being used for:

Engineering faculty, department, student team activity = no fee

UWaterloo non-engineering activity = $250.00 per day

Non-UWaterloo, commercial activities & events = $500.00 per day

Payment arrangements will be made with the SDC Financial Administrator at the time of booking.
