MASc Student
Zain received his bachelors degree with two gold medals in Mechatronics Engineering from Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology(KIET), Pakistan in 2017. He is now pursuing his MASc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Waterloo, where he is conducting research in the Silicon Thin-film Applied Research (STAR) group under the supervision of Professor Karim S. Karim and Professor Ahmet Camlica. His main areas of research include:
- Analog/Digital CMOS Integrated circuits
- Large area detectors for imaging applications

- Microfabrication
