Biography/research
Hummer received his BASc degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from University of Waterloo in 2014. He is now pursuing his MASc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Waterloo, where he is conducting research in the Silicon Thin-film Applied Research (STAR) group under the supervision of Professor Karim S. Karim. His main areas of research include:
- Design, fabrication and characterization of hybrid CMOS imaging systems with Selenium sensors
- Optical diffraction limited systems and low light imaging
