If you are working towards an SDS Specialization (except for Social Work) and wish to have a placement location considered for a specialization match, please indicate it above. This helps the department gauge the estimated number of relevant settings needed.

If accepted into SDS 496R, there will be a separate specialization form to complete to explain how your assigned placement and associated activities best-fit a desired specialization. This will go through RSSSH Director approval. We try to be as flexible as possible for potential fit, but may reach out to clarify options.

SDS 496R can count for only one specialization.
