Biography

Terral has enjoyed the majority of his career working with adults with developmental disabilities at Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region (FamilyHome and Supported Independent Living programs). He is also a part-time member of the Organizational Development & Training Team at Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region where he is able to guide teams through organizational change and visioning processes using principles of Human Centred Design. His career in developmental services has helped form his values of citizenship and belonging, where he strives to spread the narrative that people with disabilities are equal, valued and contributing citizens within our community. Terral also enjoys the opportunity to serve as a Board Member for Waterloo Region Community Legal Services.
