The ultimate showdown of tap water vs. bottled water!
We will be manning a booth at several Region of Waterloo events where members of the community can sample water from both sources and talk to SWIGS members about the pros and cons of each. The identity of the water sources will be hidden until the grand reveal at the end of the event time.
Do you think most people can tell the difference between tap and bottled water just by taste? Can you?
We are currently gauging interest for volunteers to run these booths. A signup sheet is available to let us know when you can help to run a booth. The dates, times, and locations are listed below:
- Thursday, October 13th @ the Kitchener Farmer's Market, 3pm to 7pm
- Saturday, October 15th @ Oktoberfest Sausage Fest, 11am to 3pm
- Thursday, October 20th @ Kitchener Farmer's Market, 3pm to 7pm
- Friday, October 28th, location and time TBD
