You must read and acknowledge these instructions before access to this reporting system will be granted.

What you can report online:

• Lost property (if the total property value is under $5,000.00)

• Lost/stolen driver’s licence

• Mischief/damage to property (if the total damage value is under $5,000.00)

• Theft from a vehicle (if the total property value is under $5,000.00)

• Theft/loss of license plates

Any other police report can be filed by contacting the University of Waterloo (UW) Special Constable Service at 519-888-4567, ext. 22222.

All mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk *(required) and must be filled in to submit the report.

Please be as specific as possible in all areas of your report.

If you have a suspect in the incident and/or believe there is evidence present at the incident location that police should observe, please call UW Special Constable Service at 519-888-4567, ext. 22222 before filing this report online.

Once your report is complete, and all mandatory fields have been filled in, click the “submit” icon. Your report will then be electronically submitted to the UW Special Constable Service and you will receive a confirmation notice.

UW Special Constable Service will contact you within 24 hours and give you an Incident Report Number. Ensure your contact information on the report is accurate. Please retain this Incident Report Number for your records. If there is further information the police require, you will be asked to provide it at that time.
