U.W.P.S. Crime Report– from Feb. 24 to Mar. 2, 2015
Break and Enter:
U.W.P. S. is investigating the report of a break and enter to a student residence room in V1 North 2. Sometime between February 26th and 28th a suspect entered a student residence room and stole an iPhone. It is believed the incident occurred when the occupant was out of the room for only a short period of time as there was no sign of forced entry.
Taken was a brand new, still in the box, Apple iPhone 6, grey.
Thefts:
o Backpack and Laptop (1):
· Between 9:30 p.m. Feb. 12th and 8:25 a.m. Feb. 24th
* From room 303 in ESC
- “Swiss Army” black backpack – with Swiss Army patch missing
- Contained a Lenovo 13.3” Thinkpad T440’s with a Logitech mouse and a black flat laser pointer
o Winter Coat (1):
· Between 1:07 and 2:07 p.m. on Feb. 27th
* From CIF hallway 1815
- Ladies Ralph Lauren coat, knee length, black with fur around the hood
- In pockets were several bank cards and a UW lanyard with a set of keys attached
